01What Flowsense is
Flowsense is software for traders. It lets you import or sync your trading history, analyse it, keep a journal, receive AI-generated reviews and coaching about your own behaviour and, on the Elite plan, analyse markets and send orders you have reviewed to supported exchanges through the Trade Desk.
Flowsense is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or custodian. We never hold your funds or assets and cannot move money in or out of your exchange accounts.
02Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for making sure that trading the instruments you journal or trade, and using exchanges you connect, is legal where you live.
03Your account
- Sign-in is provided by our authentication provider. Keep your login secure and enable two-factor authentication where you can.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at founders@flowsense.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about your account and billing.
04Plans, billing and cancellation
Flowsense has a free plan and paid plans: Pro (€29 per month or €290 per year) and Elite (€59 per month or €590 per year). Current features and limits are shown on the pricing section and your billing page.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros, or in US dollars or Brazilian reais where we offer them; you pay the currency and amount shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
- Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your journal is not deleted.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge. Email us. This does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under consumer law.
- Price changes. We may change prices. We will tell you in advance, and a new price only applies from your next billing period after the notice.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, paid features may be paused until the payment method is updated.
05Selling on the marketplace
Traders on a paid plan can sell playbooks (one-off) and monthly mentorship to other Flowsense users. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to the seller through Stripe Connect; sellers must complete Stripe's onboarding and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
- Platform fee. Flowsense keeps a platform fee of 15% of each sale or mentorship payment. The seller receives the remaining 85%; Stripe's processing fees are covered from the platform fee.
- Sellers. You must own what you sell, describe it honestly, and keep results you show real. Selling signals, managed accounts or promises of profit is not allowed. You are responsible for any taxes on your income.
- Buyers. A purchased playbook can be imported into your own playbooks. Mentorship renews monthly until you cancel; access to the mentor's team ends at the end of the paid month.
- Refunds. Refund requests go to us within 14 days of a charge. A refunded playbook is removed from your playbooks. This does not limit your rights under consumer law.
- Not advice. Playbooks and mentorship are education shared by traders, not financial advice from Flowsense.

07AI features
Flowsense uses large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to write weekly reviews, answer coach questions, explain diagnostics and produce Trade Desk analyses. Indicators, statistics and position sizes are calculated by our own code, and Trade Desk plans are checked against live prices before they are shown, but:
- AI output can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong, even when it sounds confident.
- Markets can move between an analysis and your decision. An analysis is a snapshot, not a forecast.
- You must review AI output yourself and never rely on it as the only basis for a trade.
Daily usage limits apply to AI features and are shown in the app.
08Exchange connections and API keys
You can connect exchanges with API keys you create on the exchange. You are responsible for creating keys with the right permissions, keeping your exchange account secure and revoking keys you no longer use.
- Integrations are read-only by default: the key is used only to read your trade history and balances. Where the exchange lets us check, we refuse keys that can trade, transfer or withdraw while trading is off.
- Trading (Elite) can be turned on for a connection so its key places the futures orders you confirm. We check the key's permissions with the exchange when you turn trading on and before every order, and refuse keys that can withdraw or transfer funds.
- Keys are encrypted at rest and used only by our servers to perform the actions you request. They are never shown back to you or anyone else in full.
- Exchanges may restrict, rate-limit or disable keys (for example keys without an IP whitelist). We are not responsible for an exchange's decisions about your keys or account.
09Trade Desk and order placement
- Your responsibility. You decide whether to place an order, its size, leverage, entry, stop loss and take profit, and you are solely responsible for every order sent from your account and its outcome.
- Supported exchanges. Orders can currently be placed on Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget and MEXC. Hyperliquid is analysis-only. Supported exchanges may change, and an exchange may limit API trading by region or require identity verification (MEXC requires KYC).
- Safeguards are not guarantees. The desk applies limits (such as a maximum risk per trade, maximum leverage, maximum order value and order rate limits) and re-checks size against your live wallet before sending. These reduce mistakes but do not prevent losses.
- Execution risks. Orders are executed by the exchange, not by Flowsense. Market orders can fill at worse prices (slippage); limit orders may never fill; orders can be rejected, partially filled, delayed or cancelled; stop-loss and take-profit orders may fail to be placed or may not trigger as expected; positions can be liquidated. If a protective order could not be placed, the desk shows a warning, and you must check your position on the exchange.
- Outages. Exchanges, their APIs, our hosting providers or your connection can be unavailable or slow. Always be able to manage your positions directly on the exchange.
- No liability for execution. To the extent permitted by law, Flowsense is not liable for losses arising from exchange outages, API errors, latency, slippage, rejected or partial orders, failed protective orders, liquidations, or market movements.
10Your data and content
- Your trades, notes, tags, playbooks and other content belong to you. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to run Flowsense for you, as described in our privacy policy.
- You can export your trades as CSV from Settings at any time.
- If you make your public profile visible, the statistics it shows (never money amounts or individual trades) are public until you switch it off.
- We may use anonymous, aggregated usage information to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
11Acceptable use
Don't:
- access or try to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, scan or attack the service;
- reverse engineer, scrape or overload Flowsense, or bypass usage limits or plan restrictions;
- use Flowsense for market manipulation, fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity;
- upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, or try to make the AI produce harmful content;
- resell or share access to a paid account.
12Third-party services
Flowsense relies on third-party services, including exchanges you connect, TradingView, Discord (if you add a webhook), our payment, authentication, hosting, email, AI and monitoring providers. Your use of an exchange or other third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their actions.
13Availability and changes
We work to keep Flowsense available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data, synced data or calculations will always be complete or correct. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we will tell you in advance.
14Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Flowsense at any time and delete your account from Settings.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create security or legal risk, or abuse the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) continue to apply.
15Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Flowsense is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data or analysis, or that using it will improve your trading results.
16Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flowsense is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
17Indemnity
If you use Flowsense in breach of these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against Flowsense by a third party, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent permitted by law.
18Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Flowsense after that means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
19Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes go to the competent courts of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution information and their national consumer bodies.
