Telegram bot: alerts, stats and journaling
Get alerts in Telegram, ask how your day is going and journal by text or voice.

- 1Open Settings → Telegram and press Connect Telegram.
- 2Open the link it shows (or send the code to the bot) within 10 minutes.
- 3Back in Settings, choose which alerts go to Telegram: price alerts, stop-outs, tilt warnings, weekly review and the morning briefing.
Commands

Journaling
- Send any text and it's added to today's journal review, with an Undo button.
- Send a voice note and the coach turns it into a review, mood and plan score. Press Save or Discard.
Voice notes count towards the same daily voice limit as the app.
Questions
- I blocked the bot by mistake.
- Flowsense disconnects automatically when the bot is blocked. Unblock it and connect again from Settings.
