Plan before the open, review after the close, and keep a streak you can see.

The daily journal is one page per trading day, with that day's trades alongside it.
- 1Before the open, write your bias, the key levels and today's rules.
- 2Trade. Synced or imported trades appear under the day automatically.
- 3After the close, write a short review, rate your mood and how well you followed the plan (1–5).
- 4Keep going: your journal streak shows on the dashboard and in your recap.
Voice journaling
Press the mic under the review box and talk. Flowsense transcribes it (live in Chrome, Edge and Safari) and the coach turns it into a clean review, mood, plan score and a rule for tomorrow. You accept each field before it's saved. Audio is never stored, only the text.
