Flowsense is a trading journal and AI coach. It turns your trade history into clear numbers, finds the habits that cost you money and helps you fix them.
- 1Set your timezone in Settings → Preferences. Days, hours and weekdays across the app use it.
- 2Get your trades in. Connect an exchange with a read-only key in Integrations (one on Free, every exchange on Pro), or upload a CSV or screenshot in Import (every plan).
- 3Open the dashboard. Your equity curve, win rate, today's numbers and recent trades are on the dashboard.
- 4Write today's plan in the daily journal: bias, key levels and the rules you'll follow.
- 5Ask the coach. On Pro, the AI coach ranks your costliest habits and gives you one fix for each.
