Track a prop firm challenge
See how much room you have before each rule breaks, and get warned before it does.
- 1Open Prop challenges and press New challenge.
- 2Pick a preset or enter your firm's rules: daily loss %, max drawdown % (static, trailing or end-of-day trailing), profit target %, minimum trading days.
- 3Choose the account the challenge runs on and its start date and balance.
- 4Optionally turn on Enforce on the desk so orders are refused after a breach or when a stop-out would break the daily limit.
Each card shows the room left before the daily loss and max drawdown limits, target progress, an equity chart with the limits drawn on it and a day-by-day table. Warnings appear at 50% and 80% of a limit, and you get a push at 80% and on a breach.
Presets are typical formats, not any firm's official rules. Always check your firm's current rulebook.
Balances are built from closed trades in your timezone, plus open positions when the account syncs from an exchange: daily loss and drawdown then use your equity. Breakout accounts use the equity you typed in the last 24 hours. Without either, only closed trades count.
- Free: 1 open challenge
- Pro and Elite: up to 20
Questions
- Can a passed challenge fail later?
- No. Once passed, later losses don't change its result.
- Why isn't my challenge enforced on the desk?
- Enforcement maps the challenge to an exchange through the account's connection. Accounts without an exchange connection aren't enforced.
