- Is my exchange account safe?
- Sync uses read-only keys, encrypted at rest. Trading needs a separate permission you turn on yourself, every order waits for your confirmation, and withdrawals are always refused.
- Can I cancel or pause?
- Yes, any time from the billing page. You can also pause for up to 3 months. Your journal stays yours and exportable.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Nothing is charged unless you add a card. Without one, your account goes back to Free with all your data kept.
- Do I need Pro to start?
